I was raised as an atheist - my mum always gave me the option of christianity, or any other religion I would want to adopt for that matter. But essentially I was raised in an athetist environment and am now an atheist as a result.

I always have felt that and taight my son this as he was growing up and questioning religion and whethere there is a God, etc. I don't feel you have to read the Bible faithfully or sit in a House of God to be "religious".
