I forgot about Sigourney Weaver. She's probably like #3 on my list then.

Are you the Key Master???

I'm the Gate Keeper.

Anyway, I'm trying to compile my list but it's getting difficult. I keep crossing out people and rearranging my order around. At least it's making the hours fly by at work.

my two favorite lines in that entire sequence:

...Go get her, Ray!

and of course:

AIM FOR THE FLAT-TOP!

Man, Ghostbusters really is one of the coolest movies ever. That movie would not work if it were made today.

^ Me too, but thanks for reminding me!

Directors
1. Steven Spielberg (Schindler's List)
2. Alfred Hitchcock (Rear Window)
3. Martin Scorcese (Goodfellas)
4. Stanley Kubrick (A Clockwork Orange)
5. Alfonso Cuaron (Children of Men)
6. Danny Boyle (28 Days Later)
7. Quentin Tarantino (Reservoir Dogs)
8. Christopher Nolan (The Prestige)
9. Ron Howard (Apollo 13)
10. Robert Zemeckis (Back to the Future)

Actresses
1. Emma Thompson (Love Actually)
2. Toni Collette (The Sixth Sense)
3. Kate Winslet (Finding Neverland)
4. Jennifer Connelly (A Beautiful Mind)
5. Julia Roberts (Closer)
6. Halle Berry (Losing Isaiah)
7. Annette Benning (American Beauty)
8. Jodie Foster (Silence of the Lambs)
9. Juliette Binoche (Chocolat)
10. Hillary Swank (Million Dollar Baby)

Actors
1. Ralph Fiennes (Schindler's List)
2. Kevin Spacey (The Usual Suspects/American Beauty) Can't decide!
3. Tom Hanks (Big)
4. Christian Bale (American Psycho)
5. Alan Rickman (Something the Lord Made)
6. Gary Oldman (Sid and Nancy)
7. Morgan Freeman (Glory)
8. Denzel Washington (Glory)
9. Robin Williams (The Fisher King)
10. Paul Giamatti (American Splendor)
===

I tried to chose the actors based on their most believable roles. It's hard to pick for someone like Tom Hanks, who has a bunch of great movies, but I believed he was a 12 year old in the body of a 30 year old guy in Big. I could have picked The Green Mile, for instance, but the challenge is to play something so far from yourself, and to play it well. (See Gary Oldman, Sid and Nancy).

Anyone who chooses Colin Farrell as favourite actor will suffer a horrible death involving a blow torch and a rabid squirrel.
