I like the film Ronin. Not saying it's awesome, not saying it should have won awards...I'm just letting my fellow Zoo Station movie people know that I enjoy it.
Have any of you seen M. Night's The Happening? WTF? I honestly don't know how to rate this film. If he meant to make a campy, tongue in cheek, genre film then I give it a 6 or 7/10. If he meant to make an earnest Thriller I give it a 2.5/10.

The Warriors = fantastic B movie.
Did I mention that I love Ronin?
Big Trouble In Little China = the ultimate B movie imo...
Ronin is worth the price of admission for the car chase sequences alone.
it's all in the reflexes YLB...
Hollow?
Hollow.

Sienna joins Ridley's Robin Hood reimagining.
by Jim Vejvoda
June 18, 2008 - For her next film, British actress Sienna Miller is leaving Cobra Command behind for Sherwood Forest. Miller, who plays the Baroness in next summer's G.I. Joe, has won the female lead role of Maid Marian in Nottingham, director Ridley Scott's reimagining of the Robin Hood legend.
Miller confirmed the news during an interview with The BBC. "It's happening. I just found out. It's the most exciting news in the world," the Layer Cake hottie said, adding, "It's ridiculous. But there's this looming actor's strike, so it's not 100% sure that it's going to be made, but it's looking pretty certain."
Russell Crowe is set to star as the Sheriff of Nottingham, who has been retooled into a good guy in this Brian Helgeland-scripted version. Barring a Screen Actors Guild strike, Nottingham will be Ridley Scott's next film after A House of Lies.
And then when I was the perfect age for Disney movies they hit us with Aladdin and The Lion King back to back.
Two of the best movies ever made. Period. End of sentence.

And elevated_u2_fan, shame you don't like Russell Crowe much. He may cause a bit of a ruckus in his personal life but onscreen has charisma to spare and is one of the last "man's man" left working today. His turn in 3:10 to Yuma was one of the most entertaining performances I've seen for years.
I said he was a talented douche bag! I haven't seen him in Yuma but I thought he was incredible in The Insider. I think he deserved an Oscar for that one and not A Beautiful Mind, which he was good in but his character wasn’t as interesting imo…
