To answer impy's question from earlier, the Bottle Rocket Criterion is essential if you love the film and Anderson's work as much as he does. Especially since the alternative is that barebones release with a lame transfer.

Someone borrowed my Rushmore disc and I have no idea who it was.

Not cool.

I'm also missing Barton Fink and The Age of Innocence. NOT, NOT cool.

I've been logging who borrows stuff from me for that very reason.

Turned my friend into The Limey this past week. Wollop!

Oasis Kid's response to hearing them for the first time:

"You tell him I'm coming. You tell him I'm fucking coming!!!"

I love the scene in The Limey towards the end when Zod is breaking down this long story for the Green Beret Arnold eats for breakfast in Commando.

A. The Limey is fucking awesome. THE STAMP DAWG is underrated.

B. Excellent thread title, Lancey Boy.

I might have to look into it then, despite not really ever buying DVDs anymore. Wes deserves a buy.

THE STAMP DAWG!!!

Holy shit, it's getting easier and easier to get me to fixate on something.

THE STAMP DAWG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kneeeeeeeeel before THE STAMP DAWG!

The DVD is more expensive than the Blu Ray, which sucks, but the $25-30 is worth it for Wes.

Amazon has it Like New for $20, plus shipping.

That's really not bad considering how many times I've already seen it and how many times I'm likely to watch it again. But I'm like this with all Wes.

Oh, the dude with the cloak and spear, got it.

The one who looked suspiciously like Michael Fassbender, yes.

He weighed -45 pounds in Hunger, yes?

Not quite. More like -37.

Also, everyone does know THE BERGH! is scraping money together to make a biopic of Liberace starring this guy, rite?

Need I say more?

Yeah, probably actually... that's fucking weird. Needless to say I can't wait.

Looks like that Spy Thriller is shooting next in January (awesomesauce on chips), then Cleo is supposed to start production in the Spring or Summer I believe. He's still looking for investors for Liberace.

Just when I thought Hayden Christiansen couldn't look anymore smug...
