I think I could help out by collecting everyone's info... but I'm not sure how to put together a system for who gets who. perhaps I should get in contact with hippy to find out how they did it last year? Unless someone else has an idea?

I think this thread is going to tend to confuse people since its from last year so I'm going to close it.

If anyone wants to volunteer to organize this, I might suggest pm'ing hippy to ask her how she did it last year, because she did a great job! Once someone is ready to take this task on, feel free to start a new thread.
