ahhh kelly, I thought, as I told Schmeg in a text message, that I would create a new tour package in Hawaii. It is the "See Hawaii From A Healthcare Perspective" tour~It is an expensive tour and if you go to Hawaii in Dec. I don't recommend it

We were on a tour on that morning and the guide had taken us to Lanakai Beach (which BTW is where they have filmed some of LOST's scenes). We were going down the public access path to the stairs. Well, with all the rain the stairs were a mess~ under water, branches entangled........A makeshift stairway made of concrete blocks was on the other side........When it was my turn, I started down and jumped from the middle step (there were 3) and landed VERY wrong................"POP" (and we are not talking about U2 here) went my knee......( I think that part of it was that the sandy area where I landed was uneven)I couldn't put any weight on it.......the guide called 911 after some unsuccessful attempts to get me to the other pathway 5 houses down. When he tried that, I felt like I was going to pass out............. That leads us to the pictures

I saw Rick after a hockey game..........he had something weird going on with roses...........everytime he was given roses by a fan he destroyed them by playing the guitar with them.......

Shari, the scenic part of your pics looks like it was nice there. The ambulance and subesequent ER pictures do not.

How long are they saying you need to stay off of it and out of work at this point?

so far, if nothing ever shifts, (which sounds ~ shifting ) no surgery........I do keep hearing the Dr.'s talking the first day...........something along the lines of "yes, it is lined up, just let it heal~I couldn't do any better. We will take it from there then".................whatever that means

The paperwork faxed from the Dr office to work said 8 to 10 weeks...........so at the extreme it is late June..........

Yesterday was a bad day..........and a vicodin night......

Randooom Kariann facts:

1. I saw Rick in concert way back in the GH days. One of my friends sister's took us since my friend was in loooooove with him.

2. I briefly dated a Jessie and apparently his friend had a minor crush on me so I was teased with Jessie's Girl and the song has never been the same.

It is the house with the famous beautiful ceiling fan.........if you ever get a chance to go to Lanakai Beach I suggest checking out the ceiling fan

^Being loaded into the ambulance. Yes I am smiling; I think partly from relief of being off the beach safely and then there was the little teasing/joking around about the whole situation.

Me on the gurney in the ER of Castle Medical Center with Flat U2 the second. I had been in shock so they put a nice toasty warm blanket on me...........I felt much better after that.

Someone keeps forgetting to return Flat U2 the first.
