I'm stoked!

The three Placebo CDs I ordered have arrived! I got their self-titled debut, Without You I'm Nothing, and Sleeping With Ghosts. I had only heard a few of their songs but loved each one. I decided not to get Black Market Music yet, that way I'll have something left to get if I just must have more!

I know I'm a little late getting into this band, since they've been around awhile. But I figure it's better late than never to get into something good.

Just had to share. Anyone else round here like Placebo?

That would rock! I'll keep my eyes open for tour dates.

Hasn't Edge said that he listens to Placebo? The guitar work actually reminds me of Edge. Lots of work with just one or two strings, simple stuff that is made to sound really beautiful. Very innovative. I can see why Edge might dig them. I busted out the guitar last night and played Burger Queen. Simple yet elegant.
