I'm coming to Ireland Jan 30/04 to Jan 7/05

I've been before, but I am wondering if there is anyone here from Ireland who can give me some good info on where to go, etc ... I'll be in Dublin for New Years Eve, then taking off to ramble over the land for the next 7 days...
