Igor Larionov Appreciation Thread

Igor Larionov is the oldest man in the NHL--older even than Ray Bourque, whose age was a very big deal last year when he won the Cup. His 2 penalties last night notwithstanding (very rare!), he's one of the classiest players in the game right now and probably one of the most brilliant, too. He's the only reason I'm rooting for the Wings--he'll probably retire after this season, and I'd love to see him go out winning the Cup again. I know I had a big ol' rant on the interim boards about Larionov, so here's one for posterity.

Igor is amazing! To be in the shape he's in this late in his career and to still be a key part of the team is amazing. He's the sweetest guy too, very nice man. (And yes, very handsome-esp. with those little glasses he wears! )
