I need help with trousers' size

i don't know if it's the right place to post this one, but since there's a lot of americans here i thought i might ask.

I have this huge opportunity to buy this fantastic trousers from the US... but the problem is : I don't know my size in the state.
I tought i knew my jeans are W26-L32 but the only size that are proposed to me are from 4 to 16 (and no 26 !).
Anyone could tell me which size i should order ?

Any help would be welcome and i'm sorry if this wasn't the right forum to ask.

Is this from ebay? If so you could email them and tell them your waist and length measurements and ask them which size would fit best. They would need to also measure the pants they are selling to make sure they sell you a right fit.

It would be hard to just 'tell you' a size.. pants can fit differently depending on the brand, not just size.
