my new band wants our name to be "Cornerstone."

i'm still unsure about the name. to me it seems a little tacky.

what do you think?

Why does it sound familiar to me

I like it though.

thanks.

that's the big problem with band names. there are probably 20 other bands with the name "Cornerstone" out there. lol

How about Cookiestone? ;)

LOL April!!!

i also wanted to use the name "Addiction," but we already had "Jane's Addiction," so......no.

yeah, I was just thinking that Cornerstone sounded like a Christian band.

That's a name of a local church aound here. Is your band a Christian band?

HAHA! God no! *oops

thanks for the feedback guys!

Cookiestone it is!

Everybody needs a bosom for a pillow!

Eh, to be honest, it's kind of boring. You need something flashier, and by flashy, I don't mean tacky. For example, if someone were to see a band at a bar that they had never heard of, do you think they'd rather see Cornerstone or say, I don't know...Monkies on Fire??

Not the greatest example, but do you get my drift? Oh what the hell do I know. I'm just going to shut up now.

the rest of the guys in the band wanted to call it Schabow, which is my last name. but i don't know. i don't want to come across as arrogant, even though most people think i am already, lol.

Cornerstone Bakery:drool:

I was reading this thread and thought Cornerstone sounded really familiar to me, and I couldn't remember what it was. I was actually thinking of Cornerstone Bakery -- thanks for reminding me. lol.

Now I want a rustic pie from there.. :|
