I met the man who played Larry in Sweetest Thing, & brilliant new Coldplay album

Yes I am a happy little trooper at present.
Ive promised Z Edgey and others a full report on the No Doubt gig I saw last night. Pics are on the way and i shall report wonderfully gwennieness then but first...

My aunt has an Irish friend of hers staying with her at the moment here in Sydney and I met him last night. She introduced me as "the U2 fan". So we start talking bout the boys and I mentioned that it happened to be a yr since Slane and he said he was at Slane 2 and we were sharing our U2 lovin stories when he decides to drop in that he actually was in the Sweetest Thing video clip as the Big Headed Larry!
He went down to watch the day of filming and they asked him if he wanted to be in the clip and he got to be Larry for the day.
So yes, I plan on swapping lots of stories with this lurvely Irish laddie when I see him again on the weekend. Wooo Hoooooooo

I also got my hands on the new Coldplay album before it went on sale today, last night...and OMG, what a freaking awesome album!!!!
Im already rating it better than parachutes. So far CLocks and Politic are stand out incredibles!!! God, 'Clocks' is swimmingly brilliant
The past 24 hours have just been TOO good!!!!

p.s. Sorry if my hyperness scared people last night, I ran all over Interland with ADD style posts....

My buddy calls me up last night simply to HACK down the new album and tell me how he likes Parachutes waaaaaay better. I am like "Dude, quit comparing it, it's a new album!" He says "That's just it, it sounds too much like Parachutes." *Whatever. Yeah, we got the same singer, same band... so the sound is going to be similar... but hello! this album is very different. Very much more a rock album.

Love Coldplay. Love them!!
