You misread things.

Not having a spouse in effect increases your adaptability score.
 
heh... its a good thing I already live here, cause I'm pretty sure I'd fail :up: having no paid working experience, full time experience, and being a first year student... woohays

Yeah, me too. I put "no spouse" and it refused to let me leave the other questions blank. It dropped the score enough to disqualify me. :shrug:

You can still fill the others out since it says "principle applicant OR spouse" or something like that.
 
hmm, if I'd lie a bit about my knowledge of the english and french language they'd even let me in
