I have a question and im wondering if someone could help me.......

Im trying to play a video on GET MUSIC.com but a screen keeps popping up saying "Alert! Couldnt find converter or decoder" What does that mean and what do i need to do to play the video! Thankyou!

Does a box pop up asking you to select your connection type?

Its asking me to sign in next but I'm not registered.

yea a box pops up and asks me my connection type so i hit DSL and then the Alert! Cant find decoder or converter pops up
