I used print screen, saved it and then uploaded it to photobucket.

or if you have a mac...press shift,control and 3 at the same time..if it comes out as a jpg, upload it on photobucket but if it comes out on pdf, then convert it in photoshop to a jpg then upload it in photobucket..
