I really do. I think its relaxing, plus I find some of the conversations in the song amusing.

"The Watusi...the Twist...El Dorado."

"Take this, brother; may it serve you well."

And, of course...

"You become naked."

As a Beatles song, yeah, it's pretty crappy, but as an electronic composition I find it enjoyable. I actually don't skip it all that often.

This thread really is a combination of Zoo Confessionals and B&C.

I've been a big Beatles fan for years and years but can't think of the last time I listened to that song.

It's banished from my iPod.

Are you suggesting that it actually was on your iPod at one point?

It's on my iPod because I have the entire White Album, including this piece of weird garbage.

I love Revolution 9.

I really like it....

Personally find it more interesting than some of the other songs on the album, especially Yer Blues and Rev 1. Gimme Rev 9 anyday...

In fact, more often than not, I'd prefer to listen to REV 9 than While My Guitar Gently Weeps or Rocky Raccoon...

A bunch of random shit thrown together. Yeah John, you're so edgy.

That part with the guy going "Riiiiiiiiight! Riiiiiiight!" always freaked me out. I picture it as Charles Manson or something.

See, now at least You Know My Name is funny. It's not trying to be ART.

The Beatles go lounge. Love it.

There was a Beatles Rarities album I used to check out from my local library when I was growing up. This was on it, it had the German version of She Loves You (Sie Liebt Dich), and a different version of Penny Lane that had a little extra trumpet flourish at the end.

Man, I wish that was on CD.

this thread inspired me to listen to it

it's not a song I would normally listen to  but if I'm listening to the white album all the way through I don't skip it. I think it's pretty cool actually, and there are some funny bits. surely it was incredibly innovative for its time, no? not so much a song as a barrage of sound...

you know what's a little like this except actually a song? Murder Mystery by The Velvet Underground. the voices in it are awesome, and it's a tight song

I love it. This song is a must on headphones.

Turn me on, dead man. Turn me on, dead man. Turn me on, dead man.
