Woke up with pain in my shoulder, and I know it's due to a cervical herniated disk, that has flare up from time to time. Been using a moist heating pad on it, and it has helped with the pain.

I'm hanging in there, still sick, turns out I have an infection of my lymph nodes it's pretty painful, and I'm very tired, and I'm stressed out cause I have a math test tomorrow and I don't understand the chapter at all.
