I over did it yesterday with doing some cleaning, & some decorating for Christmas. My whole body aches & is sore, from using muscles that I don't use, from time to time

I'm ok. Feeling tired, weak & a bit concerned about my low BP after a blood draw

tired, but got a lot done today: laundry, walked on treadmill, decorated the Christmas tree

I am doing alight and had to work with my boss today. Things went really well at work today.
