I am ok, bit really tired for I only got about 2 hours of sleep last night.

Way too much on my mind at the moment.

Took a turn overnight, woke in such pain in my R foot and L elbow to hand & shoulder. Kind of numb & buzzing from my miracle meds but I'm currently comfortable. Now the damn weather is heating up! Ugh!
