fairly good, some of the people I have to deal with on a daily basis make it somewhat annoying.

I spent the morning in the ER, and went through some tests and found out that I have shingles. Came home & have been just laying around the house waiting to take my next dose of medication for it.

Lazy day with my rt wrist & hand on ice & heat. Swelling has gone down a bit but still bothering me. Going to the Dr on Wednesday
