I'm from the US. I've never been on a plane :reject: but I've been to Sarnia, Ontario twice for gymnastics meets (which is actually like 3 hrs away - closer than Detroit or Chicago). In January I'm going to Tanzania for a month by way of Amsterdam, so I get to spend at least a few hours in the airport of my Motherland! :hyper:

And Marie, I've been in France many times, although not in the past few years. I went skiing once in the French Alps (Pra-Loup), and had some other (summer) holidays in the Dordogne and the French Alps.

same here. something with us eastern Canadians not getting around much... i had solid plans to finally get my butt across the atlantic this summer, but the forces were against me. maybe next summer....
 
I have been to Europe, Tahitti and Mexico. I have many friends who have never been out of the U.S. Once you grow up, it seems so hard to spend the money, take vacation, etc. I have two small children now so I won't be traveling for a long time. I do hope one day maybe in five years my husband and I can make it over the ocean. Italy seems like the most romantic country!!

I haven't even been to Tasmania.
Luckily I find NSW Australia a very interesting place.
I do have a world itinerary though.
One day...well 80 days :)

I have lived and worked in Dublin(earned a lot of mony and saw Adam!), spent a few weeks in England, went to Finland as an exchange student, lived in cyprus....
My dream is to go to New York though!:drool:
