Wow, could this Bright Eyes song be any slower and more plodding?

"Who buys U2 records anyway? It's just music for plumbers and bricklayers. Bono, what a slob. You'd think with all that climbing about he does, he'd look real fit and that. But he's real fat, y'know. Reminds me of a soddin' mountain goat."
"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."

Cat Power is easily one of the silliest names ever.

But not 2 very well known Stones or Dylan tracks.

Totally missed your assessment of Huey Lewis & The News. A song with not just one prominent sax part, but TWO prominent sax parts.

I knew the Dylan one. The Stones one was much better than Tumbling Dice.

I didn't have a strong opinion on the Huey Lewis track. I guess it was fairly catchy.

Radiohead songs where Thom Yorke doesn't try much aren't all bad.

I still prefer Tumbling Dice, but Hide Your Love's a pretty awesome song.

I think your favorite section's coming up.

If I had to pick a fave song from the list, it'd probably be either "Young Americans" or "It Takes A Lot to Laugh, It Takes a Fool to Cry"

That song seemed extremely familiar when I first heard it...

Oh, wait, I own an Explosions In The Sky record. Never mind, that explains it.

Dear Eddie Vedder,

Pearl Jam would be such a better band if you'd fuck off and let them find somebody who can open their mouth when they sing.

Cheers,
Ax
