Well i've wrapped it in foil...not a whole lot or room in the fridge grrr...it tastes devine though, as do my cherry oat biscuits.

Fridge will get rid of the aroma though... leave it outside on the kitchen shelf, covered. Covered is important so it stays fresh.

Yes, it's ok to leave it out for a bit.... fridge will dry it up and make it lose it's scent.

Surprisingly twas my first attempt at bread making...no breadmaker either, all kneaded by hand. I feel quite proud of myself...cos it's really good, warm right out of the oven with butter melting on it.
