You can also use the Mozilla webbrowser [ ]. In the Edit > Preferences > Advanced Settings > Scripts & Windows you can set if you want Mozilla to open unrequested windows (NO!). Besides this feature, it's a great program too (better than Internet Explorer). I especially like the tabbed browsing option (other instances of Mozilla are not opened in different windows appearing in the Taskbar, but in different tabs).
