HELP- I want to move to Ireland!

Ok- I really dont know where to post this , but I need your help!
I passed out as a mechanical engineer last year and in april this year, there was an Irish education fair in my city and I was
admitted to 2 irish universities for sep 2004!

1)University of Limerick-Computer aided product design (2 yrs)

2)Dublin Institute of Technology-masters in advanced engineering(more of management subjects)(1yr)

Which institution is ranked higher,& which of these do you think is better in terms of getting a job after the course? Is it easy getting a job after graduation?
How is the job market there for mechanical engineers? I have checked out some Irish job sites, but they need experienced people.

Please post your thoughts and opinions here .I will be eternally greatful for any suggestion or info. the deadlines are approaching fast and I cant make up my mind.
I am going totally crazy!
