Hi, my senior class is having a modeling show and I'd like to know what songs would sound well in a fashion show.

I'm thinking

"Fake (Remix)" from Simply Red
"Pink" Aerosmith
"too sexy" by right said fred
"A little Respect" by Weatus

but I need more...
you know, just imagine a catwalk and people walking through it...anyone? please help...thanks

didn't har mar superstar remix or cover that?

maybe it was someone else...i can't remember. but it was funny.

Don't forget some songs by a band called ummm, U2.

Discoteche
Mofo
HMTMKMKM
They Fly (I think would be great)
God II
WTSHNN
Elevation
BD
Do You Feel Loved

These are some songs that make me want to *strut*

Stupid Girl-Garbage
Moby- Body Rock
Hella Good -No Doubt
Crazy in Love- Beyonce(sorry, but it's a very good song for strutting to)

U2 - Lemon (Perfecto Mix).

It was even in the soundtrack for Robert Altman's fashion show satire, "Pr?t-?-Porter (Ready to Wear)" (1994), so I think this one could work.

Overall, though, I would pick electronic pop songs, and I'm not talking terrible pop like Britney Spears. I think some of Moby's more upbeat works would work ("Bodyrock" I agree with).

That's what I was going to suggest.

Both of these showed models on the catwalk in the video:
George Michael - Too Funky
Jay-Z - Change Clothes

An obvious choice, I think:
Madonna - Vogue

Back
Top Bottom
