Coffee, Red Bull, V, Monster...u name it I drink it...as a shift worker its really a necessity!!!!

I didn't drink it at all until a few years ago. When I was a kid, it was always one of those 'older people' things...I didn't get it. I get it now. The right cup of coffee while reading, or listening to the right song, is probably as good as it gets.

I'm not a scientist, but I'm finding that my body builds up a tolerance to certain brands after a while, so I've had to branch out and experiment. I'm currently addicted to the President's Choice brand here in Canada. They have one of those self-serve stands in the stores...heaven
