oh btw, i had dinner at red lobster, because i love seafood, and they were having all you can eat crab legs. omigor, i managed to eat three servings of the crab legs! my husband had two, and then they brought us out a sixth order, which they let us take home cuz neither of us could eat it. i was just glad i saved room for dinner, because the crab was so worth it!
 
thanks again everyone! i'll try to post my birthday pics latah. my hubby took me out to dinner tonight, it was sooo much fun. hehe, i've not been downtown this late since memphis in may.

we went to my favourite irish pub (cuz they have the best fish and chips), split some ice cream, went bowling (one of the restaurants there actually has a bowling alley, it's all 60s mod so it's cool looking), and then went for beignets afterwards. i only had one and like 1/2 of the ice cream so i don't feel like a pig, especially since the four rounds of bowling had made us hungry all over again.

had we not been downtown, i would've brought my digital camera so i could've got more pics of me getting my ass whooped in bowling. i swear, for almost an entire round i got nothing but gutter balls!

other gifts i got were plenty of gift certificates (jc penney, claire's, and a huge certificate where i can get pedicures and massages up the watusi) and some checks. i think i'm going to get some new glasses with my money. i want narrower, more rectangular lenses instead of the usual oval ones.
