I was just reading the thread, what's this about his last performances?

His last full show with E Street was in Boston. Hewson and I saw it together.

Last month, he made a cameo in Indy, of all places, which I thought was kind of an odd stop to show up. I'm speculating, of course, but I think he must have known he didn't have much time left, and wanted to appear one final time.
