That was from a UK tv show that was sort of like "Jackass." It was called "Trigger Happy TV" & it was much funnier, IMO---so hilarious!
My favorites:
1. At a traffic light, you see a guy in a turtle suit slooooooowly crossing the intersection. The light turns green, but no one can go because he's still crossing.... Out of nowhere, a guy in a rabbit suit sprints past the turtle.
2. There are two adjacent phone booths in a public plaza. The phone rings in one of them. Someone passes by, hears the phone ringing, and picks it up. "Hello?" "This is the phone company. We've had a problem with squirrels recently. Have you noticed anything out of the ordinary?" Suddenly, three guys in squirrel costumes run up & start fake-punching the guy in the phone booth next-door.
