Am I the only person who hardly ever deletes emails from my account so now has pages of random stuff that I never look at?

No. I don't delete all of my emails. I keep most of them. I'll only delete them if they're stupid forwards that I've seen a million times, if it's junk, or just not interesting for whatever reason. With my work email, I'll delete mostly everything after 2 weeks, because otherwise my inbox and folders would be raging out of control.
