Blue Crack Addict
I thought it was good, I guess I wasn't "blown away" by it like I expected to be. Then again it's not the kind of movie designed to do that, it's very low key and slow moving. Good direction by George Clooney (especially considering the fact that he's in so much of the movie), and fine acting especially by David Strathairn as Edward R Murrow
I am ignorant about so much re McCarthy era other than what I learned in school, so it was fascinating - especially the fact that they used actual footage of him as opposed to an actor.
I love the fact that it's entirely in black and white as well
I felt that it was too short somehow and left out too much of the story and background for the characters, the end left me wanting more. It does make you think about politics/ journalism today and possible parallels.
