I thought Teri Hatcher was gorgeous. The other Housewives were pretty smokin', too.

As for the men, I thought Clive Owen was , and of course Johnny is always hot.

It was a pretty boring show, though, and am I the only one who rolled her eyes when Hilary Swank asked, "Oh, am I forgetting anyone?" at the end of her speech?

Marcia Cross is way too botoxed. It just looks awful, IMO, her eyes are way too pulled back and her skin looks unnaturally flat.

I agree - he was very funny...and he just oozes stage presence - whether it's fronting the Stones or accepting his awards....Call me crazy but I think he's unbelievably sex....

Yeah, he's obviously a very gregarious person. He was the only person who didn't do the "Oh, I won! Wohoo!", nothing wrong with that, it's pretty normal but I guess since he's been on the business for some time getting an award is not that amazing anymore to him. I loved about the “too many children” part! He obviously knows how to work the crowd.

Robin Williams mentioned Bono in that pre-show thing

I've only seen a bit of that show, but that woman from Lost is so pretty, she had (obviously) a low cut black dress on

I'm sure Lost will win a few Emmys this fall.

I'm so glad that Jason Bateman won for Best Actor in a Comedy Series.

Award shows are so damn boring. I never watch them unless U2 is on them.

Out of all the award shows, I actually like the golden globes to be honest. I am disappointed that "Rescue Me" didn't win anything or that CSI wasn't as recognized. Rene Zellweger (or however you spell her name) may look ugly in most opinions but in Cold mountain and some of her selected movies, I think that she is a good actress. What is with the women wearing weird dresses? Why was Hallie there, don't get me wrong. I love her but she or any of her movies wasn't nominated that night?

Golden Globe presenters don't necessarily have to promote a movie in order to attend the ceremony.

They're just in it for expensive the gift baskets.

I know!

My sister found him lurking in the background of one of those horrible red carpet interviews. He looked lost and sad and was apparently there unfashionably early.

Nicole Kidman's dress was my favorite. But her hair needed some work.

Actually, she meant that as a joke. She forgot to mention her husband, Chad Lowe, when she accepted her Oscar five years ago. So she said that before she mentioned him this time around.

I think this will shake up the Oscar race. a guy on E! said Thomas Haden Church was a shoo-in. I guess not since Clive Owen won.

On a TV note, I love Desperate Housewives but wished Arrested Development would have won. that show is amazing.

Have to wait to see the Oscar nominations on Jan 25.
