Free Internet Answeing Machine Suggestions?

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for Free Internet Ansering Machine services?

For the last year and a half or so I've been using CallWave but now they're going to start charging for it ($3.95 a month for basic service). I spend a lot of hours online, so I'd like to have some kind of Internet Answering Machine or call forwarding service, preferrably for free. Otherwise I'd miss a lot of calls. I don't have a 2nd dedicated phone line for my internet connection, and I live in an apartment, so it's kinda hard to get one put in.

I guess the $3.95 a month for CallWave isn't a lot of money, but FREE is always better

I only have one line as well... what I do is have my calls forwarded to my cell automatically when the line is busy.. I think it's like 1.75 a month. Still not free, but cheaper than Call Wave!

bah...on the Southwestern Bell Telephone website, call forwarding is $5.00 a month, which is more than CallWave
