Just heard about this- this past Tues.

For anyone who has some extra traveling & ticket buying $$$....

taking place in NYC from May 28th - June 1st!

I think they have around at least 20 speakers so far.
they'll be events for kids, too as we really do need to get the next gen of science literate & intersted kids teens from the USA going!

THey hope to have by next year more festivals in other cities as well, I suppose as they see how this goes.



I see Music Rising Benifit Auction is kind of smack in the middle.

No---- actually it's targeted to BOTH!

THey ALSO want the General Public to become more Sciencetifically literrate-- since many problem situaions today will need some type of Science/technology solution (not all , of course) with people may need to push/vote for or not --depending what the solution is and who is pushing said solution!
