I hope not either.

I can tell she's getting older because she seems confused sometimes and has the occasional litter accident, but then other times she's all "cool, feather on a stick time!" like she is in the video.

OMG!!! SSSOOOOOOOOooooooooo VP & ylime!!!

*Congrats!!* VP & MomCat!

Yes, as another poster said--- that age of kittens (ylime's brother's cat's kittens <did I get that right >) --- are IRRESISTABLE!!!

S to all the cat & kitten owners here!
Your stories & photos! Yay.

I don't think I'll ever want the responisbilty of having a pet. So I triplely appreciate those who take good care of their animal companions.

I hope Worf cat will be alright, kellyh.

I love baby/young animals of all kinds.
Then I have my favorite adult animals as well.

I DEF have to drop in here more often. : D

I made a vet appointment for Worf next week. She's had a lump that the vet thought was nothing and I've noticed another lump. Hopefully they are just cysts or fatty deposits (like the vet thought), but I'm taking her to see another vet in the same office to get a second opinion, just to be sure. The first vet didn't think it was worth knocking her out to do a biospy because she thought that was too risky because of her age (14). I'm not sure about that either, but I'll see what the second vet says.
Hope it is just fatty deposits too, Kelly.
Poor Worf.. Here's a hug It'll be ok.
Lovey has the cutest pink nose.

Thanks for the link Sicy.. sent it to my home comp. so I can read it in a few minutes.
Any ideas on how to wash her up a bit.. I don't think she's going to let me bathe her. She isn't matted up or anything, just dusty- like she been under houses or out in the woods.
I can't imagine where she's been all this time.

If its not too bad she will probably clean herself. Or you could get those wipes from the pet store, instead of a bath.

No it's not too bad just looks like she's been living outside in the rain and elements. Bless her heart, I hate to even think of what she's been through lately with the cold and rain we've had every week. Lovey is spending her turn in the spare bedroom, and she doesn't like it one bit.
Read the article you posted and I've already been doing most of the things she recommended. Let Bela out of the room at lunch and switched up the food and water bowls. Left a towel I had in the pet carrier, that Bela has used, in the room so Lovey can get used to her scent. Both of them eat each others food while I am making the transition so that doesn't seem to be a problem. But when I put Lovey in the room they both hissed from opposite ends of the hallway.
Yeah, this is going to take a little while.

edited: will check out the wipes tomorrow when I make another run to the pet store.

Sue I am so happy for you! Everytime you posted I hoped it would be about Bela coming home.

I have a tabby and a tuxedo cat with a pink nose, just like those babies!

Roscoe in clean laundry.

Will likes dirty laundry.

I find him all curled up in it when I'm doing my lights and darks sorting.

Thank you

Hopefully, I'm just being paranoid. Worf had a great time with feather on a stick last night. She played with it on and off for about an hour straight - pretty good for 14
