the property tax there is just way too low.

I must say those pictures are somewhat exciting. Even taking rudimentary geology courses, and seeing those images, it looks as if the prospects of deposition from former beds is plausible.

*geography teacher moment* It has been theorized that Mars has a high iron content in it soil. (the red color)

(Um yeah, I took a class on soils in college. Who knew that there was so much to know about soil?)
