i looked at the logistics of this survey and it's pretty much shit. it takes account only amount of book stores, subscriptions, libraries, etc. since the majority of the university of minnesota is west bank (that's minneapolis for y'all who aren't from here), meaning all its random book stores and libraries are all over there, so i could see where minneapolis wins out in that sense,

i do, however, feel as though st. paul is the more literate twin, regardless of what this crock of a survey found.
