I like Patrick Doyle's score for the most recent Harry Potter movie alot, and Nellee Hooper's work for Romeo + Juliet (even if the movie is horrendous).
As far as individual pieces go, it would be John Williams' 'Buckbeak's Flight' and James Newton Howard's 'The Hand Of Fate, Pt. 2'.
