I've always loved German's Sweet Chocolate Cake.

But I more recently began making a couple versions of flourless chocolate cake (one is mocha and one is mint), and they are, well... nearly orgasmic!

My sister had carrot cake as her wedding cake...a huge, homemade, carrot cake. Unfortunately the cake lasted longer than the marriage...
