I know I'm probably in the minority...but I voted for The Final Cut. Yes, yes, I know a lot of Floydians hate it because it's basically a Waters solo album, but the raw emotion in it is just amazing. And it contains some of the best lyrics ever written by man! Songs like The Gunner's Dream and the title track regularly move me to tears.

Dark Side is a close second because, well, it's amazing.

Oh, and I can't believe some of you hate The Trial! I think it's hilarious.

Okay...so I own no Pink Floyd, and this greatly shocked a friend of mine, so he sent me the following:

I don't know why more people don't like it! "The Gunner's Dream" is one of my all-time favourite Floyd songs.

I think half of "The Final Cut" is brilliant, with songs like "The Gunner's Dream" and "The Fletcher Memorial Home" for example. But I dislike how Waters tends to ramble with some of the shorter cuts, and if this is supposed to be a Pink Floyd album, Gilmour's vocals should have been on more than one song, and the one he's on isn't the greatest.

As for a complete Waters work, I think Radio K.A.O.S. is better overall. "The Tide Is Turning" is one of his best songs ever.
