Amazing song! It's probably my favourite from NAIHF. As far as I know, there's no official video, which is rather odd, because it could've been a big hit if it were pushed along. But, yes, the lyrics, and the sound of this song get me every time.

some of my other favorite love songs are Bright Eye's "First day of my life"..
the line "I'm glad I didn't die before I met you" to me is freaking brilliant cause it's so simple & pure.

The Smith's 'There is a light that never goes out' is pure romanticism to me, I'm sure it's debatable whether or not it's a love song, but I've always seen it as one. " To die by your side well the pleasure, the privilege is mine"

Springsteen's "If I should fall behind" is another favorite of mine, because it balances the reality and difficulties of love with love itself, which is supposed to be patient and kind. "..And I'll wait for you If I should fall behind wait for me"

I love the entire Cold Roses album by Ryan Adams and one of my favorite tracks is "Life is beautiful"...especially the line "Cause if I don't believe in love...then I don't believe in you...and I do"

Harvest Moon by Neil Young is one of the most beautiful songs ever, the lyrics, his voice, the melody, it always puts me at ease and I can always picture me dancing with my boyfriend outside at night to this song.



and as cliche' as it may sound The Beach Boy's "God only knows" is simply a pop love song at it's best.

I don't know if it's a love song but there was a song by Depeche Mode I believe it was "but not tonight". It was good for that time period.Maybe if they remade it..
