Yeah, I think I have that about once a week.

However, I also suffer from the opposite. I'm capable of passing friends/neighbours/etc. without noticing them. So on average I'm a normal functioning person.

i've had something simlar....
i saw a kinda famous person in a car on the way to the footy, then everyone you see looks like someone famous

Oh yes, lol. And working in a shop it can be quite frustrating because I meet something like a hundred strangers everyday...it gets quite tiring trying to figure out whether I recognise someone or not.
