I daren't celebrate England winning through the Group of Death when most pundits were thinking they wouldn't have a chance. People on here might think I am being too patriotic for even suggesting that with Argentina and France out, only Brazil hold any fear for England in their half of the draw. And woe betide me if I even contemplate the fact that in beating Argentina, England helped eliminate one of the pre-tournament favourites, just as next opponents Denmark did against France, therefore giving England just as good a shout as anyone at winning the World Cup. How dare I.

why are u glad that beckham didnt score a goal..he saved his goals for game against denmark..and raul scored twice today...he is not getting injured..tough times for ireland !!!!
