Huge fan of everything he's ever released (and a hell of a lot of the stuff he never did officially). One of my favorite modern artists by a long stretch.

I finally came to the very difficult decision of favorite Smith album: Figure 8. He was a musical artist and it's a shame he's no longer around to contribute more of his work, luckily he left such a brilliant catalog.

I don't know him well yet, but I've enjoyed his music that I've heard so far. I'm meaning to listen to more of it on Rhapsody. Seems like an excellent songwriter.
