As you may know, I began my trip in Europe with a stop in England where I got to go to this fantastic music festival, V2002. I met up with Truly from our lovely interference family and her sister and along with my friend Mark, we had a great day of it. Anyways, I took a whole roll of photos from the Elbow set because...well just because. hehe. And now that I finally have a chance to be online for more than just two minutes at a time, I thought I would post them. meg, ali rose, jkayet....hope you like.

wow, mega cheers to you for getting Russ into Elbow. I kept nagging him about them, told him that I thought he would like them, so I am glad that you convinced him.

so why did Elbow not come to mpls? i had heard that Doves were on Letterman or something, but the other story i do not yet know. When I talked to Guy at V2002 and told him that I was from mpls, he said that they were going back there. oh and he was all sweet about my coming to england to see them and signed my stuff "love, Guy"

anyways, no more concerts for me for a long time I guess. until you make your big geetar debut anyways.

Great pics Sula! They're much better than mine. I'll show them to my sister, especially the one of Adam Duritz(I think that's how you spell it.) I've been meaning to email you a couple of mine, but I've been so, so, so busy, getting ready to go to Uni and now settling in at Uni - but I will send them very soon, I promise! I might post some here actually, but I'll have to get my parents to bring them up here when they visit because I don't have them with me.

Great pics. I love Doves and Elbow. But I am mad at them for cancelling their shows here. Elbow never really explained why they cancelled their U.S. tour. Ron had even decided he liked them since I was playing their tunes in the car. I was still hoping Doves might reschedule there gig here, but no news yet.

We did get to see Counting Crows when thet opened for The Who a few weeks ago.
