Not just Greymouth, but the Greymouth.

Fuck you, with your very first picture you make me considerably homesick.

But someday soon, Axver's Spectacular Kiwi Driving Tour will be passing through that exact part of the country.

Now Ian and I are having picture madness so that we can get to a new thread, Bumpass, VA, for Mizza's last day in Virginia. Join in!
Yeah, I was half around for both of those, though I really didn't feel a need to get even remotely invovled, just to state my presence. I don't like shitstorms in the Superthread!

That sounds awesome. I'm not sure what I can contribute. I think I could collect some ancient Greek stuff or something.

Such a shadow of its former self. I remember walking on the wharves there, absolutely fuck-all about - and I struck probably the one gorgeous day of the year when I visited. I was six but it's vivid in my memory for some reason. I think I just loved the whole South Island.

I've some railway videos with footage of Greymouth at its peak. Ships, trains, people - very busy. Unrecognisable now.

I was barely around myself, though that was mostly due to taking an essay to uni then being visited by a Vision Australia person so that I could get a cane.

I really don't like the fighting and the tension. Hopefully it has all just blown over.

And I'm sure you can dig up plenty of cool Greek stuff.

It was a Sunday, but the town was dead.

If it wasn't for the trainload of us nothing would have been happening. The only things that were open were The Warehouse, a Foodtown (i believe) and a Robert Harris coffee shop.
