i hope someone knows the awnser to my problem, because at the moment i've got two different formats of all my videos. ipod format and .wmv format

the wmv files work in winamp, but i want to keep them all in one format.

as soon as i figure out how to get itunes to play the videos without distorted sound, i'm deleting the wmv files
