i have never seen the office, the pbs station here doesn't show it

what is the show about?

That's because PBS has never aired it. :sexywink:

It was shown here on BBC America. If you're familiar with the NBC remake of "The Office," it's similar. Kind of an office mockumentary.

Only Fools and Horses - you guys in the US need to watch that if you haven't already, it was Britain's favourite comedy show in some poll last year.

If you haven't seen this you are missing out! it is definately THE best british comedy! Make a point of finding out if its aired on your channels.

Blackadder
Father Ted
Waiting For God
Keeping up Appearances
Are You Being Served?
My Family
As Time Goes By
Mr. Bean
Absolutely Fabulous
French & Saunders
The Vicar of Dilbey

       :D

You've all reminded me to watch the 3rd season of Vicar of Dibley I got a few weeks ago on dvd, finally.

I'm having a mental blank too, what was that show about the 2 sisters who's husbands were in jail? They had a neighbour Dorian who ...it just came back to me Birds of a Feather  Brilliant show. And there's one more I also cant remember the name of now, about 4 people who live in the same block of flats or something. The girls live in one and the 2 guys live in the other. That show is a pisser as well.

Alot of Middle Class, middle aged shit being banded about.

For me..

Black Books
Only Fools
I'm Alan Partridge & KMKY Alan Partridge (AH-HA!)
Little Britain (First Series)
Bo Selecta (1st & 2nd Series)
The Office
Father Ted
Fawlty Towers
Blackadder
Young Ones
Bottom

And the daddy, my favourite TV show ever, SPACED.

As an aside, Mr. Bean is the most overrated British comedy ever. Asinine and not funny.

Only Fools and Horses:up:
But make sure its older episodes though. The nore recent stuff they have done in the past 5 years or so has been a bit rubbish.
