i dont smoke, but lets not go on about how its bad for you and it could kill you and all that sure all smokers know that. some people who smoke, on this board are probably feeling like shit because of all the anti smoking comments in here. i've been a part of a family who did nothing but smoke so many packs of cigs a day, and this lady, she knew it was bad for her, she tried everything. patches, hypnosis, the works. its harder than hell for some to quit. im just saying, careful what you say.

God no. My brother does. I wish he would stop. There is a bar near me where you can't smoke inside. It rocks. Once I stop drinking I guess I will be all good.

Sorry to be Mr. Do you know how bad smoking is for you guy (I hate being that guy), but I watched my grandfather die of lung cancer, I certainly would never wish that on anyone. It is awful. So food for thought for those of you who puff the cancer sticks:

Fact. From one drag of a cigarette you inhale 4,000 chemicals.

In addition to obviously polluting the tissues of your lungs, cigarette smoke also destroys the cilia in your respiratory tract (nasal passage through the lungs alveoli). The lack of cilia inhibits the general cleaning and purifying process of all the air we breathe. I have read that it is estimated that each puff of a cigarette has the potential to take 5 mins off your life. I have also read that after 10-15 years of non-smoking though you can cut the risk factors of cancer and heart disease substantially.

sorry for the rant. I just feel strongly that people should not do this to themselves or others.
